History

David F. Hale founded David Hale Associates, Inc., in 1994 based on the premise of providing markedly superior Information Technology and Management Consulting services to agencies within the Federal Government. As Mr. Hale’s reputation for exceptional work steadily grew, customers began asking for “another David Hale” to fill specific needs within their programs; Mr. Hale was able to fill many of these positions with trusted colleagues who matched his own reputation for outstanding work, creating the foundation for what has grown into a solid company with a formidable reputation for excellence in this field.

In 2009, DHA successfully bid and was awarded a Prime Contractor position on the prestigious PMSS contract with the FBI. This opened the door for DHA to significantly expand its role within many FBI program offices. In the past 2 years, DHA has successfully bid and won multiple TORs under the PMSS contract and has seen exponential growth while maintaining true to its standards of excellence.

Today, DHA stands poised and ready to assist other Federal Government and commercial clients with the same commitment to superior IT and Program Management services.
